yeah right.. they are organized alright.. I think that its all those parking guys who seem to have lost their income with a stroke of the govt's rule... Sometimes I wonder how they would feed their family and are they the ones who have resorted to this crime.. They have a huge network and they know all the schedules... who better than them and I sympathise with them.. totally.. imagine.. a genre of people left in the streets suddenly.. SIGH..
